Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Postyfy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. If you're using Postyfy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

Postyfy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the app on your own machines for your own accounts, according to your current plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the licensing of the software.

You are responsible for how you use Postyfy and for the content you publish with it. You agree to comply with the rules of any platform you automate and with applicable law. You will not use Postyfy for spam, harassment, fraud, malware, or any unlawful or deceptive activity.

Postyfy automates accounts on social networks operated by other companies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with those platforms. Their terms are between you and them, and they may change how their sites work at any time.

Automating accounts always carries risk. Postyfy is built to behave like a careful human — warm-ups, human-paced typing, natural timing — but no tool can guarantee an account will never be limited or banned. You accept that risk and are responsible for your own accounts.

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout in USD; local taxes may apply. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Plan changes take effect as described at checkout.

Because a free trial lets you evaluate Postyfy before paying, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us — we'll do the right thing.

We work to keep the service and license servers available, but we don't promise uninterrupted operation. We may update the app, its features and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postyfy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost accounts, data or profits arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using Postyfy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination your license ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and acceptable use) will continue to apply.
