Privacy Policy

Postyfy is a desktop app. The accounts you automate, their passwords and cookies live on your own machine and in your antidetect browser — we never receive or store them. What we do hold is the minimum needed to run your Postyfy account, your license and support.

• Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password, so you can sign in on the site and in the app.
• License and plan — your current plan, billing status and renewal dates, kept in sync with our payment processor.
• A device identifier — a fingerprint of the machine running the app, used only to enforce one active session per license.
• Diagnostics — anonymous error reports and basic usage counts that help us fix crashes and improve reliability.

The social-network accounts you operate, their credentials, cookies, session tokens, posts, media and group lists are stored locally and inside your antidetect browser. They are never uploaded to Postyfy's servers.

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you buy or manage a plan, your payment details are entered on their secure checkout — we never see your card number. We receive only the result of the transaction (plan, status, renewal) so we can activate your license.

We send transactional email — account confirmation, password resets and important service notices — through an email delivery provider. We do not sell your address or send marketing you didn't ask for.

On this website we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account area. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account and license data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. Diagnostic data is rotated out on a short schedule.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account removes your Postyfy profile and license data from our systems.
